Updated Air OB for For Whom the Bell Tolls

To For Whom the Bell Tolls Europa OB, next changes (as few as possible) are proposed:

1. Because Spanish pilots were veteran aircrews due to recent civil war, we employ initially the divisor of 40 aircraft per counter. However this divisor reach 50 aircraft per counter by January 1945.
2. Light army co-operation and recon aircraft are excluded (as usual in Europa).
3. Reinforcements always arrive on Jan I turn of each year.
4. Place at random 3 air units aborted from initial deployment (Sep I 39).

PRODUCTION

Air Replacements

Air Replacement Limit: 2.

Air Replacement Points. Spain receives 3 ARPs at friendly-owned replacement cities on the first turn of each air cycle, beginning no sooner than the sixth turn of general mobilization. Madrid:1 ARPs, Sevilla: 2 ARPs.

Mainland Spain

Spain may call up the Spanish Air Force schools, receiving the following reinforcements at any airbases in Mainland Spain. If the schools are called up, the Spanish player deducts 2 ARPs from his allotment each time ARPs are received.
